Large amount of ice plains (4000,1900), (750, 4000) and (3500, -2500), ice plains having the largest proportion of the land mass.
The spawn is next to a couple of large lakes, which are surrounded by plains, forest hills and swampland. With desert areas towards the +Z, which eventually reach to the massive ice plain (4000,1900). This seed also contains a decent amount of plains, which can be found in all directions from spawn.
